The wrestling federation of Mongolia has provided its lineup for the 2014 Freestyle Wrestling World Cup, which will be held at the Forum, presented by Chase, March 15-16 in Inglewood, Calif.
The World Cup is the annual international dual meet championships, and will feature the top 10 men’s freestyle wrestling teams in the world.The Mongolian team will be led by 2013 World bronze medalist Ganzorig Mandakhnaran at 65 kg/143 lbs., who was also a bronze medalist at the 2013 World University Games.
Talented Buyanjav Batzorig, who is competing at 70 kg/154 lbs., was eighth in 2008 Olympic Games. He also placed in the World Championships three times, fifth in 2010, seventh in 2005 and eighth in 2007.Another veteran, Jargalsaikhan Chuluunbat at 125 kg/275 lbs., was fifth in the 2011 World Championships and seventh in 2012 Olympic Games.
