Blair Academy Dominates the Beast of the East

Chris Villalonga won his third straight championship and led a contingent of five wrestlers from national prep power Blair Academy to win championships at the Beast of the East Tournament on Sunday in Newark, Delaware.

Evan Silver (112 pounds), Mark Grey (119), Jesse Shanaman (152) and Michael Evans (189) joined Villalonga (140) also won titles for Blair and sophomore Max Hvolbeck placed second at 103 pounds.

It was the second straight title for Grey, Silver and Evans and a banner day for the Blairstown school.
