Throughout the off-season, we’re going to be getting to know returning NCAA Division I wrestlers from around the country. We sent questionnaires to every program in the country and will be sharing the results throughout the long trek to next fall. You can find them all whenever you like under the Getting to Know tag.
Name: Seldon Wright
School: Old Dominion University
Class (for 2017-18): Junior
After completing his high school career at Oscar Smith in Virginia, Wright jumped straight into the Old Dominion line-up where he has been a mainstay for his first two years on campus. This past season, Wright posted a 20-12 mark and made his first trip to the NCAA tournament. With the Monarchs returning a young roster, look for Wright to be one of the team leaders as he looks to build upon his 2016-17 success.
