Last week, at the conclusion of the 2017 Junior World Championships, we took a look at the combined team scores, across all three styles for the past 10 years of that event. With the 2017 World Championships at the Senior level coming next week, we thought we'd take a look at what those scores look like when the world's best get together. We went back through 2007 to see who rules the wrestling world overall and who is a contender for that title going forward. In Olympic years, we added in the performances at the World Championships in any weight that was not present at the Olympic Games, applicable to all three styles in 2016, then women's freestyle in 2008 and 2012. There were also drug disqualifications that changed the standings from Beijing and London. The standings as they are in the United World Wrestling database were used in those cases. Finally, we'll have a running total at the bottom to see where each country ranks, in total, over the last 10 years of international competition.
