The University of Wyoming, a Division I member of the NCAA and a member of the Western Wrestling Conference (WWC), has an immediate full-time opening for the Assistant Wrestling Coach. This position will coordinate team travel, oversee the day-to-day operations of the wrestling office, coordinate summer camps, plan on-campus recruiting activities, schedule facilities and competitions, arrange community service events, demonstrate technique and participate directly with student athletes during training sessions, and perform other duties as assigned. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience with a NCAA Division I wrestling program (as either a student-athlete, coach, or administrator) is required. Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules/regulations and strong communication skills are preferred. The successful candidate will be a person of integrity with high ethical standards and exhibit a strict adherence to NCAA, WWC, University and departmental rules regulations. Salary is commensurate with experience.
