Last week we went into detail on the best freshmen for the 2018-19 DI wrestling season. Today we’re sticking with freshmen, but the ones that did not compete for their respective teams and took a redshirt. We have narrowed the list down to the top 15, but that was no easy task, judging by some of their accomplishments during the 2018-19. It’s safe to say that many of these wrestlers will be fighting for spots on the NCAA podium in 2019-20 and they will earn places of their own on the All-Freshman team next year, as well. Introducing the top 15 redshirting freshmen for the 2018-19 season, in alphabetical order.
