College Accomplishments for Super 32 Placewinners from 2012-14

This weekend the toughest folkstyle tournament in the country will take place in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Super 32 has gone from the humble beginnings of a small tournament in the southeast to becoming the premier preseason event for the top talent in the nation. This will be the 20th anniversary of the tournament and before we break out our preview, we’ll look back at results from some of the tournaments in the recent past. As you would expect, the alumni of this great tournament have gone on to accomplish some incredible feats. Here are the collegiate accomplishments for the placewinners of the 2012-14 tournaments. Why those years? The majority of the wrestlers from those tournaments have either completed their collegiate careers or are close to it.

106 Champion - Nick Suriano (NJ)  2019 NCAA Champion, Two-time All-American

106 2nd Place - Spencer Lee (PA)  Two-time NCAA Champion

106 3rd Place - Luke Pletcher (PA)  Two-time All-American

106 4th Place - Jose Rodriguez (OH)  2019 NCAA DII Champion, DI national qualifier

106 5th Place - Brandon Olsen (VA)

106 6th Place - Eli Stickley (OH)  NCAA qualifier

106 7th Place - Chad Red (IN)  Two-time All-American

106 8th Place - Hayden Lee (OH)
