Over the course of the next week, we will revisit and analyze the results from the week that was Fargo. Today we are looking at the wrestlers that are currently ranked in the top 20 of their respective weight classes, that did not place in Cadet or Junior Freestyle. While a few wrestlers may have just had bad tournaments, in most cases this helps illustrate just how difficult of a feat making the podium is, at Fargo, because these losses come at the hands of other highly ranked competitors. Each wrestler below is listed with the current ranking, the weight/tournament in which they competed, their record and the two wrestlers that defeated them.

Reminder: Currently wrestlers that have already graduated have been removed from the rankings.

Alejandro Herrera-Rondon (Pennsylvania) #2 at 106

Competed at Cadet 113 lbs

Went 3-2

Sam Freeman (Michigan)  14-4

William Ebert (Connecticut)  5-4
