This week’s High School Wrestler of the Week is Zach Glazier of Albert Lea High School in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Glazier, the No.14-ranked wrestler in the nation at 182, went 5-0 in dominating fashion to take home the championship in the Minnesota Christmas Tournament. The senior, who came into the tournament as the top seed, rolled through the field and into the finals with a pair of falls in the opening rounds and then tech falls in the quarters and semifinals. In the finals, he found himself up against fellow Minnesota state champion and South Dakota State commit Cade King. Glazier came up with the only takedown of the match and took the narrow 3-2 victory. Glazier will continue his career in college for the Iowa Hawkeyes where he projects to wrestle at 184 pounds.
Congratulations to Zach Glazier, TOM’s High School Wrestler of the Week
