TOM has learned that Aidan Medora, currently the 57th ranked wrestler in the Class of 2020, has given a verbal to stay home and wrestle for the Wisconsin Badgers. New head coach Chris Bono and staff have already secured in-state commitments from Eric Barnett and Joshua Otto, two top recruits from the Class of 2019. Medora is the first wrestler in the Class of 2020 to commit to the Badgers. As a sophomore, Aidan won his first Wisconsin state title competing for St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy. Last summer in Fargo, Medora was a runner-up in Cadet freestyle and this spring he was eighth at 132 lbs at FloNationals.
