OHATCHEE — Ohatchee two-sport athlete Hannah Gladden signed with Campbellsville University in Kentucky more than three months ago, but didn’t have her ceremony until Thursday.

The delay occurred because Gladden and Ohatchee wrestling coach Matt Sweatman were waiting for a 6-by-3 foot poster of Gladden from wrestling season. At the bottom of the poster it read “2x State Qualifier.”

Gladden’s scholarship to Campbellsville is three-fourths for wrestling and one-fourth for softball.

“I’m very excited to be a Tiger,” she said. “I really liked the community. Everyone was nice to me and it really made me want to be there. I’m most excited about the food there. I like food, especially chicken. It’s Kentucky so they have fried chicken, which is the best food you can get.”
