We’re only a few days away from the World Team Trials which will be held for the first time in Raleigh, North Carolina. This year the Senior Men’s Greco-Roman team will participate alongside the freestyle teams at the WTT’s, along with the Final X series. Since we only had one world medalist (Adam Coon) in 2019, nine of the champions from the US Open have advanced to their respective Final X site and are awaiting the WTT’s to find out their opponents. The final matches in this tournament will be conducted in a best two-out-of-three format to determine who will move on to Final X. Here is a preview and prediction of the action that will take place starting Friday from Reynolds Coliseum

Greco-Roman Schedule

Friday: 10am-3pm First Round, Quarterfinals, Consolation Rounds 1-2

Friday: 4pm-8:30pm  Semifinals, Challenge Tournament Finals, Consolations

Saturday: 1:30pm-5:15pm Best Two-out-of-Three Championship, Third-Place
