Saturday is rapidly approaching! You know what that means. Yes, Halloween, but that’s not it. FloWrestling’s 195 lb tournament will be held with $40,000 in prize money on the line. The winner of the eight-man bracket stands to win half of that money, while the runner-up gets $10,000; the other two semifinalists take home $5000 and first-round losers pocket $1000. Talk about trick-or-treating, eh? Half of the entrants won NCAA titles at one time or another in the careers, while all eight combined for 18 All-American honors. Two competitors are making their return to action in 2020, combined with others high on the domestic ladder.

The eight-man tournament isn’t the only thing going on in Austin on Saturday evening. There are also a pair of showcase bouts in women’s freestyle. A couple of Cadet world champions will be in action looking to fend off threats from current/future rivals.

Before you overindulge on Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins, Twix, and Skittles, make sure to fill out your own, personal bracket. We have on our end (filled out the brackets; not binged on candy, yet) and you’ll find our predictions for each of the tournament matches, along with information on its participants, along with the showcase matches.
