Four-time NCAA champ Starocci returning to Penn State

Carter Starocci will have a chance to make history in 2025.
The four-time NCAA champion from Penn State announced Wednesday night on social media that he will be returning for another season. He has a chance to become the first five-time NCAA champion.
In a letter posted on social media, Starocci concluded with, "With this in mind, I'm excited to announce that I will be returning to Penn State to bring another national title to State College, Pennsylvania.
All four of Starocci's national titles have come at 174 pounds. He recently competed at 86 kilograms (189.5 pounds) at the Olympic Team Trials.
