No. 12 West Virginia topped No. 14 Northern Iowa 23-13 on Saturday night at the McLeod Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa. WVU's Willie McDougald returned to competition this weekend at 149 pounds after missing the past two months. He picked up a key victory over UNI's Ethan Basile.
