Little Rock wrestling has promoted Albert White to associate head coach and added Chris Chionuma as an assistant coach, strengthening the Trojans' staff as the program continues its rise on the national stage.

White has been a key figure in Little Rock's emergence as a nationally recognized program. He joined the staff as a volunteer assistant in 2021 before moving into a full-time coaching role the following year. The 2026-27 season will mark his sixth with the Trojans. During his tenure, Little Rock has produced 14 NCAA Championship qualifiers, highlighted by three-time All-American Stephen Little.

Chionuma comes to Little Rock after eight seasons at Cal Poly, where he served as associate head coach beginning in 2021 after joining the Mustangs as an assistant in 2018. Before Cal Poly, he spent time at Army West Point, where he helped develop 12 NCAA Championship qualifiers and established himself as a strong recruiter at both stops. As a competitor at Oklahoma State, Chionuma captured the 2013 Big 12 Championship at 184 pounds and advanced to the NCAA Championships.

The additions give Little Rock additional experience and leadership as the Trojans look to build on their recent national success and establish themselves as a consistent contender in college wrestling.
