Iowa State has landed a four-time All-American via the transfer portal.

Rocky Elam, a 197-pounder, announced on Monday that he will be transferring from Missouri to Iowa State.

Elam has placed in the top six at the NCAAs four times. He was fifth in 2021, fourth in 2022, third in 2023 and sixth in 2024. He medically redshirted this past season.

He is the second notable upperweight ISU has picked up in the transfer portal this offseason. The Cyclones recently received a commitment from Isaac Dean of Rider, a national qualifier at 184 pounds.
