Two-time NCAA Division III qualifier Smith to Roanoke

Two-time NCAA Division IIII national qualifier Taylor Smith announced that he is transferring from Washington & Jefferson to Roanoke.
Smith is a two-time Southeast Regional champion at 149 pounds. He compiled a 16-3 record this season. He went 1-2 at the 2025 NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships. Smith finished the season ranked No. 15 by The Open Mat.
He is a two-time NWCA Scholar All-American. Smith was named NCAA Division III Freshman of the Year by D3Wrestle.com in 2024.
Roanoke is coming off a 14th-place finish at the NCAAs.
